Safety is an integral part of our operations. We believe ownership of safety belongs to every individual that works here. Core elements of our safety program include new employee orientation, ongoing training, leadership, and visibility by company owners, managers, and journeymen. 

We have a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy while on site. 

Covid-19 protocols and preventive measures are being relaxed here in the state of Washington, however, we encourage personal safety measures, hand sanitation, and masking when appropriate.
